Gallabox Pricing India 2026 Decoded: Tiers, Add-Ons, TCO

If you searched Gallabox pricing in India 2026, here is the number: Gallabox sells three plans — Basic ₹2,999, Essential ₹6,999 and Advanced ₹16,999, each quoted per month and billed quarterly, with 3, 6 and 10 user accounts included respectively (verified on gallabox.com/pricing on 30 July 2026; all figures exclude GST). Pay annually instead and every tier drops exactly 20% — ₹2,399, ₹5,599 and ₹13,599 a month. The part the pricing page does not put in front of you is the message line, and it is the most interesting number on this page: Gallabox publishes its India per-message card in its docs at ₹0.9926 marketing and ₹0.1323 utility and authentication, which is exactly 1.15× Meta's published India rates in both categories — a flat 15% markup, disclosed but not advertised. RichAutomate runs the opposite model: ₹0 platform fee, ₹0 setup, ₹0 monthly, with two usage plans — Client Pay at ₹0.10 per message with Meta's conversation charges billed directly to you by Meta, or SaaS Pay at ₹1.20 per marketing and ₹0.30 per utility message all-in — plus a 14-day free trial with 100 credits. This is the 8th entry in our pricing-decoded series; read it alongside the Wati decode and the AiSensy decode, or jump to the side-by-side grid on our compare page.

The Gallabox 2026 plan card, decoded

Gallabox publishes a clean three-tier card, which already puts it ahead of the quote-only enterprise BSPs on transparency. Two details change the real monthly number, and both live below the fold. Verified on gallabox.com/pricing, 30 July 2026 — vendors reprice without notice, so re-check before you sign.

PlanPer month, billed quarterlyPer month, billed annuallyUsers includedAI credits / monthExtra user

Essential₹6,999₹5,59962,000₹1,200 / user / month
Advanced₹16,999₹13,599108,000₹1,500 / user / month
EnterpriseCustom — seats, channels and rates all negotiableNegotiable

Detail one: "per month" is collected quarterly. Essential at ₹6,999 a month is ₹20,997 taken upfront every quarter — a cash-flow consideration for a small team weighing it against pay-as-you-go, and the reason mid-cycle switching strands prepaid weeks. Detail two: the included user count is a ceiling, not a floor. Basic caps hard at 3 users with no seat add-on at all — you must move to Essential. Essential and Advanced sell extra seats at ₹1,200 and ₹1,500 per user per month, and extra channels at ₹1,200 per month each.

There is a useful arbitrage hiding in that seat pricing. A 10-agent team does not want Advanced. Essential plus four extra seats is ₹6,999 + ₹4,800 = ₹11,799 a month; Advanced, which includes 10 users, is ₹16,999. You would only take Advanced for the 8,000 AI credits and the deeper automation, not for the seats — and the two extra add-ons on that tier are an AI Solutions Engineer engagement at ₹41,500 one-time and AI credit top-ups at ₹1,000 per 5,000 credits.

The 15% message markup, and how to check it yourself

This is the line the pricing page does not carry. Gallabox's India per-message rates live in its documentation, effective 1 July 2026, and next to Meta's own published India card they look like this:

Message categoryMeta India published rateGallabox billed rateMultiple
Marketing₹0.8631₹0.99261.150×
Utility₹0.1150₹0.13231.150×
Authentication₹0.1150₹0.13231.150×
Service / free-form inside the 24-hour window₹0₹0

The same multiple to four decimal places across all three categories is not a rounding artefact or a currency conversion — it is a flat 15% platform margin applied on top of Meta's wholesale card. Credit where it is due: Gallabox publishes the number at all, which puts it ahead of Wati and Gupshup, neither of whom publish an India per-message rate you can read without a sales call. The decode point is only that the markup is disclosed in the docs rather than on the pricing page, so most buyers model Gallabox as "tier price + Meta rates" and land 15% light on the largest variable line in the bill.

Two further mechanics worth budgeting for, both confirmed in the same documentation: utility templates sent inside the 24-hour customer service window are free, and messages inside the 72-hour click-to-WhatsApp ad window are free. Both are Meta policy rather than Gallabox policy, and both apply on any BSP — the tables below assume the pessimistic case where every utility template lands outside the window, so treat the message line as a ceiling.

RichAutomate pricing — the whole card

No tiers, no seats, no quarterly lock. Two usage models; pick whichever matches how your finance team wants the Meta line booked:

ModelPlatform / setup / monthlyPer-message costMeta conversation charges
Client Pay₹0 / ₹0 / ₹0₹0.10 per messageBilled directly to you by Meta at wholesale — no markup passes through us
SaaS Pay₹0 / ₹0 / ₹0₹1.20 per marketing · ₹0.30 per utility or authentication messageIncluded — single GST invoice

Both models include the visual flow builder, Meta Native Flows, a multi-agent shared inbox with no seat cap, the campaign engine, template approval workflow, embedded signup, and the same Meta Cloud API every BSP resells. Signup carries a 14-day free trial with 100 credits. Full card at richautomate.in/pricing.

Per message, head to head — including where Gallabox wins

Strip out the subscription and compare the message line alone. This is where the honest answer is more interesting than the marketing one:

All-in per messageGallaboxRichAutomate Client PayRichAutomate SaaS Pay
Marketing₹0.9926₹0.9631 (₹0.10 + ₹0.8631 Meta)₹1.2000
Utility / authentication₹0.1323₹0.2150 (₹0.10 + ₹0.115 Meta)₹0.3000

Gallabox is genuinely cheaper than us per utility message, and it is not close — ₹0.1323 against ₹0.2150 on Client Pay. The reason is structural: our ₹0.10 platform fee is flat, so on a message whose wholesale cost is only ₹0.115 that flat fee nearly doubles the price, while a 15% markup on the same message adds less than two paise. On marketing, where the wholesale rate is high, the arithmetic flips and Client Pay comes in about 3% under Gallabox.

So the per-message comparison is close to a wash, and anyone telling you a ₹0-platform BSP is four times cheaper on messages is selling. The saving is almost entirely the subscription — and it only stops being a saving at volumes most Indian SMBs never reach. Two crossovers, computed against Essential at ₹6,999 a month with no extra seats:

  • Utility-heavy traffic: Gallabox Essential beats RichAutomate Client Pay above roughly 85,000 utility messages a month. Below that, the ₹6,999 subscription costs more than our per-message premium.
  • Marketing-heavy traffic on SaaS Pay: Gallabox Essential beats RichAutomate SaaS Pay above roughly 34,000 marketing messages a month, because SaaS Pay's ₹1.20 all-in sits above Gallabox's ₹0.9926. Client Pay has no such crossover on marketing — it stays cheaper at every volume.

If you are above either line, say so on the call and we will quote Client Pay or an enterprise rate rather than pretend the list price wins. Model your own mix in two minutes with the WABA cost calculator; the conversation window cost calculator shows how much of your utility traffic can land inside the free 24-hour window and disappear from both bills.

12-month total cost of ownership: the table that decides it

Two realistic volumes for a 10-agent team, using Gallabox's own published rates rather than estimates. Gallabox is modelled on Essential plus four extra seats at ₹1,200 (₹11,799/month), because that beats Advanced on price for a team of ten. Service messages inside the 24-hour window are free on every platform and are excluded from all three columns. All figures exclude GST, which every Indian vendor here adds at 18%.

Scenario A — 10,000 messages/month (2,000 marketing + 6,000 utility + 2,000 service):

12-month lineGallabox Essential + 4 seatsRichAutomate Client PayRichAutomate SaaS Pay
Platform subscription₹83,988 (₹6,999 × 12)₹0₹0
Extra seats (10-agent team)₹57,600 (4 × ₹1,200 × 12)₹0 — no seat cap₹0 — no seat cap
Message charges₹33,348 (at ₹0.9926 / ₹0.1323)₹28,994 paid to Meta directly₹50,400 all-in
Platform per-message feeIncluded in the line above₹9,600 (96,000 × ₹0.10)
12-month TCO₹1,74,936₹38,594₹50,400

Scenario B — 50,000 messages/month (10,000 marketing + 30,000 utility + 10,000 service):

12-month lineGallabox Essential + 4 seatsRichAutomate Client PayRichAutomate SaaS Pay
Platform subscription₹83,988₹0₹0
Extra seats (10-agent team)₹57,600₹0₹0
Message charges₹1,66,740 (at ₹0.9926 / ₹0.1323)₹1,44,972 paid to Meta directly₹2,52,000 all-in
Platform per-message feeIncluded in the line above₹48,000 (480,000 × ₹0.10)
12-month TCO₹3,08,328₹1,92,972₹2,52,000

Read it plainly. At 10,000 messages a month a 10-agent team keeps about ₹1.36 lakh a year on Client Pay and about ₹1.25 lakh on SaaS Pay — and roughly ₹1.42 lakh of that gap is the subscription and seat lines, not the messages. At 50,000 messages the Client Pay gap holds at about ₹1.15 lakh, but the SaaS Pay gap narrows to ₹56,000 as the marketing volume erodes it, exactly as the crossover above predicts. Both tables assume every utility template is charged; push more of that traffic inside the free 24-hour window and all three columns fall together.

What Gallabox genuinely does well

An honest decode cuts both ways. Gallabox has real strengths: a polished omnichannel shared inbox that teams pick up quickly, a genuinely usable no-code bot builder, tidy Shopify and payment workflows for D2C, AI credits bundled into every tier rather than sold as a separate product, and an India-first onboarding motion with responsive support that smaller teams consistently praise in public reviews. It also publishes its per-message card, which most of the Indian field does not. The product is not the problem; for many teams it is a pleasure to use. The decode is purely economic: a fixed subscription plus per-seat and per-channel add-ons is a model that taxes growth — every agent you hire and every channel you add raises the bill before it raises your revenue.

Who should stay on Gallabox

Four honest cases. One: your team is at or under the included user count, your volume is low, and one tidy subscription line beats metering — at 3 users on Basic, ₹2,999 a month is a rounding error against the cost of thinking about it. Two: your traffic is overwhelmingly utility and high-volume — above roughly 85,000 utility messages a month, Gallabox's ₹0.1323 beats our ₹0.2150 by enough to clear the subscription. Three: you lean on a specific Gallabox workflow or integration your team has muscle memory for, and the annual delta is smaller than the retraining cost. Four: you are mid-quarter on a prepaid cycle; time any move to your billing boundary rather than stranding prepaid weeks. If none of those describe you — and especially if your seat count is climbing or your mix is marketing-led — the TCO tables above are the decision.

The switch path: what actually moves, what stays

BSP switching is far less dramatic than it sounds, because the assets that matter live with Meta, not the BSP:

  1. Your WABA, phone number and green tick stay with Meta. Migration moves the number between BSPs via Meta's standard process — number, display name and verification status are Meta-side assets.
  2. Export your template library. Copy template names, categories, bodies and variables out of Gallabox before you cancel. Approved templates do not auto-transfer between BSPs; you re-submit them through RichAutomate's template workflow, and Meta typically reviews standard templates within 0–24 hours (no approval outcome is ever guaranteed — plan a buffer).
  3. Number migration: sign up at richautomate.in/register (14-day free trial, 100 credits, no card required), run embedded signup against your existing Meta Business Manager, and initiate the number move. With the two-factor PIN in hand the cutover is quick; plan it in a low-traffic window.
  4. Rebuild bots on the visual flow builder. Flows are the one genuinely BSP-side asset. Budget an afternoon to recreate your main journeys on RichAutomate's canvas — most teams simplify as they rebuild.
  5. Cancel per your Gallabox terms, timed against the quarterly billing boundary.

The honest read. Gallabox is a well-built, India-first WhatsApp platform with a strong inbox, a solid bot builder and — unusually for this market — a published per-message card. Its real number is the tier plus seats plus channels plus messages at a flat 15% over Meta, collected quarterly upfront. RichAutomate deletes every fixed line: ₹0 platform, ₹0 setup, ₹0 monthly, no seat cap, ₹0.10 per message with Meta billed direct on Client Pay, or ₹1.20 marketing / ₹0.30 utility all-in on SaaS Pay. On a 10-agent team at 10,000 messages a month that is about ₹1.36 lakh a year. Above roughly 85,000 utility messages a month it stops being true, and we would rather you read that here than find it on your third invoice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does Gallabox cost per month in India in 2026?
As verified on gallabox.com/pricing on 30 July 2026, Gallabox lists three India plans quoted per month and billed quarterly: Basic at ₹2,999 with 3 user accounts, Essential at ₹6,999 with 6 user accounts, and Advanced at ₹16,999 with 10 user accounts. Paying annually instead cuts each by exactly 20%, to ₹2,399, ₹5,599 and ₹13,599 a month. Because billing is quarterly, Essential collects ₹20,997 upfront every three months. All figures exclude GST, and message charges are separate.
Does Gallabox charge a markup on WhatsApp message rates?
Yes — a flat 15%. Gallabox publishes its India per-message card in its documentation, effective 1 July 2026, at ₹0.9926 per marketing message and ₹0.1323 per utility or authentication message. Meta's published India rates are ₹0.8631 and ₹0.1150 respectively, so Gallabox bills exactly 1.15 times Meta's card in every category — a uniform 15% platform margin. It is disclosed in the docs rather than on the pricing page, so buyers who model Gallabox as tier price plus Meta rates underestimate the largest variable line in the bill by 15%. Service and free-form messages inside the 24-hour window are free, as are utility templates inside that window and messages inside the 72-hour click-to-WhatsApp ad window.
What add-ons increase the real Gallabox bill?
Four, all published on gallabox.com/pricing as of 30 July 2026. Extra user accounts beyond the included count cost ₹1,200 per user per month on Essential and ₹1,500 on Advanced — Basic has no seat add-on at all and forces an upgrade past 3 users. Extra channels cost ₹1,200 per month each. AI credit top-ups are ₹1,000 per 5,000 credits beyond the monthly allowance. An AI Solutions Engineer engagement is ₹41,500 as a one-time setup fee, available as an add-on on Advanced and included on Enterprise. For a 10-agent team the seat line alone is ₹4,800 a month, or ₹57,600 a year, before a single message is sent.
Is Gallabox or RichAutomate cheaper?
It depends on your message mix, and Gallabox genuinely wins in two cases. Per message, RichAutomate Client Pay is cheaper on marketing at ₹0.9631 all-in against ₹0.9926, but Gallabox is clearly cheaper on utility at ₹0.1323 against ₹0.2150, because RichAutomate's flat ₹0.10 platform fee is large relative to a utility message's ₹0.115 wholesale cost. The saving is therefore almost entirely the subscription. Against Essential at ₹6,999 a month, Gallabox becomes cheaper overall above roughly 85,000 utility messages a month versus Client Pay, and above roughly 34,000 marketing messages a month versus SaaS Pay. Below those volumes the gap favours RichAutomate: a 10-agent team at 10,000 messages a month pays about ₹1,74,936 a year on Gallabox Essential plus four seats, against ₹38,594 on Client Pay or ₹50,400 on SaaS Pay.
Do my WhatsApp number, green tick and templates transfer if I leave Gallabox?
Your WABA, phone number, display name and verification status live with Meta, not the BSP, and move via Meta's standard number-migration process. Approved templates do not auto-transfer: export the names, categories, bodies and variables from Gallabox before cancelling, then re-submit them through the new platform — Meta typically reviews standard templates within 0 to 24 hours, though no approval outcome is ever guaranteed, so plan a buffer. Bots and flows are BSP-side and need rebuilding; most teams recreate their main journeys on RichAutomate's visual flow builder in an afternoon. Because Gallabox bills quarterly upfront, time the cancellation to your billing boundary so you do not strand prepaid weeks.
